Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) - 10CFR specifically focuses on Energy, and Parts 700 through 1099 focus on the Department of Energy regulations.  The CFR are updated annually, though there is generally a lag between the update and publication on the National Archives and Records Administration Code of Federal Regulations web site.  The most current version of 10CFR is the January 1, 2008 version.
